2pm-4pm– Seminar- The Art of Blending Champagne In The Award-Winning Wine Cellar of Restaurant Latour, Julie Cavil will take guests through her experiences as a winemaker with Krug, one of the leading champagne houses in the world. She will explain how champagne is blended, what makes it so unique versus other sparkling wines, and the details involved in the creation process that makes each champagne house different. This seminar will include a champagne tasting featuring Krug Grand Cuvee. $65 per person
6pm-10pm – Grand Tasting Event: Held in the Emerald Ballroom of Grand Cascades Lodge. A gala evening featuring a sampling of the world's finest wines and champagnes, culinary delights, and entertainment by the 17 piece David Aaron Orchestra! Dress Code: Cocktail Attire for Women. Jackets preferred for Men. No jeans/sneakers. $80 per person
