Brooklyn Bourbon with a water back, please

 

In the beginning there was Brooklyn Beer.

If Brooklyn Brewery founder, Tom Potter, 53, of Park Slope, has his way, there will be Brooklyn Bourbon and Gin within the next year.

Potter, according to reports in AM New York,  is seeking $600,000 of a $2 million investment for his latest venture, the New york Distilling Co.
