Rain or Shine: Cinco de Mayo parties on at Elizabeth

Break out your roll of quarters and head over to Elizabeth (265 Elizabeth St.) for the Cinco de Mayo Garden Party, featuring Fifty Cent Specials.

Get there early for $.50 shots of Tanteo tequila, $.50 Tacos, and $.50 scoops of Tanteo Tequila flavored sorbet and gelato.  Also on the menu are $5. Tanteo cocktails designed by renowned Mixologist Somer Perez.

Elizabeth's outdoor garden has a retractable roof so the party will go on rain or shine.

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Piramides in Park Slope

The very happiest hour lasts from noon to 8 pm at Piramides in Park Slope (499 5th Avenue). 

Celebrating Cinco de Mayo, the restaurant will have a Mariachi band and the Corona girls giving away freebies and beer while supplies last. 

They had me at free beer.

Celebrate the Mexican sticking it to the French way-back when in Puebla with Tanteo tequila shots, Tanteo-flavored sorbets created by il Laboratorio de Gelato, and tacos galore - pulled pork, roasted spiced chicken, grilled flank steak, and nopalito.

Also on the May 5 party menu are $5 Tanteo cocktails designed by renowned  mixologist Somer Perez.
